Idea Competition Winners!

Here are the winners of the Fall 2013 Idea Competition

Tonight, as part of the Alex. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship's Fall 2013 Idea Competition, 10 student entrepreneurs pitched their ideas to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs, all UMBC Alum, and a full house at the Sportzone.

I don't envy the judges and students who determined the outcome. Every idea was pretty remarkable and had the opportunity to win. But, in the end...there can be only one.

Well, actually, there are two first place winners.

Best IdeaKryan Richardson & Percy Addo with InSOURCE
Best Presentation: Perry Ogwuche, HACKaTHON

2nd Place: Titus Jones, Chatseats
3rd Place: Jennifer Lasbury, Speakedu

Other ideas included:
  • Markus Proctor with BrainCAD, a thought driven CAD program
