Join us for our LAST event of the semester on Friday, November 14th from 12–1pm in University Center 310! This workshop will be led by Elizabeth Dougherty, Northeast Regional Outreach Director at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is ideal for anyone looking to safeguard their innovations.

During this session, attendees will:
-Discover the role of the USPTO and why it matters to innovators
-Learn about the different types of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets)
-Understand why protecting your IP is crucial for startups and entrepreneurs
-Learn practical steps to begin securing your intellectual property
