ABCEI Workshop with Eli Eisenberg

The team at the Alex. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ABCEI) is excited to host our FIRST Workshop of the semester this Wednesday afternoon, October 5th from 12-1pm in Commons 331.  
This event will feature Eli Eisenberg, who is the CEO of VPC, Inc. In his workshop titled Gaining Sales & Customers: You Just Gotta Believe, Eli will briefly take us through his 30 year journey of navigating his production and technology firm successfully to where it is today. Eli will also share about how to sell your services, build client relationships, leverage existing clients to gain the trust of new clients, and explain why entrepreneurship spirit is so vital in being successful. In addition to Eli's presentation, the ABCEI will be giving away FREE coffee mugs to the first 10 students that attend the event!

ABCEI Idea Competition

Do you have an idea that solves a problem in society or the environment? Is there a product or service you have that is better than the current solution? The Idea Competition is your chance to explore your solution and win money in the process. The deadline to submit an idea for this year's competition is this Thursday, October 6th at 1pm.

Baltimore Innovation Week Celebration

Baltimore Innovation Week 2022 is a FREE five-day celebration on October 3-7, 2022 featuring 30+ sessions that are focused on showcasing local companies, highlighting entrepreneurship resources, and bringing together Baltimore's innovation community. There are 40+ partners & sponsors working together to bring attendees an unforgettable and inspiring experience.

bwtech@UMBC will host the 2022 Cyber & Tech Awards on October 11th in the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena.
