This workshop is a three part series, cost covers all three days!
Part 1 (June 15)– Validating your business idea and building a platform for your idea to start, profit and grow
- Learn techniques to validate your idea before investing time and money
- Build a customer model that outlines the fears, wants and needs of your target audience
- Sharpen the aim and provided solution for your business idea
Part 2 (June 17)– Developing a sound business plan for growth, profitability, and the long haul
- Learn to build a business plan that is sustainable
- Prepare for growth and build a cap for downside loss
- Common “first-time” mistakes of new entrepreneurs
Part 3 (June 24)– Understanding smart leadership tactics, developing a workflow system, and opening your business
- Learn the cost of operating a business as the founder and leader
- Identfy characteristics of good leaders and businesses
- Learn simplification engines and management techniques
Prerequisites
- Business idea, proposal, or operating small business
- Willingness to work in groups and dissect ideas; open to feedback to improve current idea or business operations
